The BMJ has published in the latest issue 3 one study and two commentaries on how with very few exceptions chemo is a poison that lowers quality of life and for a population of patients is a new crap!. One study of the European Medical Association and two commentaries on how useless chemo but for a few exceptions, and this confirms nearly the same finding published recently by the BMJ on the FDA. Just another example of business friendly government. I wonder how much longer there will be a voice for critics among the leading medical journals. When will pharma capture the PLOS and BMJ? In January they captured the Cochrane Review.

There is grass root revulsion to the current corporate health industry, with pharma doing the most harm. The best account of bad pharma is by Danish Prof. Peter Gotzsche in his 2013 book Deadly Medicine and Organised Crime: How big pharma has corrupted healthcare. Prof. Gotzsche’s book has won the British Medical Book Award given by the BMA (British Medical Association which is comparable to our AMA). Further endorsement comes from the Richard Smith former Editor-in-Chief of the BMJ (British Medical Journal) and Drummond Rennie, Deputy Editor of JAMA (Journal of American Medical Association) which are 2 of the 4 leading English medical journal. The President’s Lecture on YouTube by Harvard Professor Marcia Angell confirms Prof. Gotzsche’s book. Pharma is worse than you can imagine.

All cancers have defective mitochondria which no longer can use oxygen in metabolism to produce ATP. This has 2 consequences, 1) the cell can't metabolize fats, and 2) forces the cell to metabolize glucose by the inefficient lactic acid fermentation process, which makes the cell a glucose hog. Without sufficient ATP cells starve and undergo programmed cell death (apoptosis). This change makes it possible to feed normal cells with fat while starving cancer by fasting followed by a low glucose diet.
